We calculate the Trust Score from transaction, verification, and fulfilment data. The score is displayed publicly on seller pages. You can request a breakdown at any time.

Data is transferred securely to fulfil international transactions in accordance with UK GDPR and, where applicable, Nigeria's NDPR. Standard Contractual Clauses are used where required.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We share the minimum data required with payment processors, logistics carriers, and compliance partners. Third parties are contractually bound to Shopanova privacy standards.
